Is your gold certified?
Yes. Every piece is 21K gold, hallmarked and independently verified for purity before it leaves our workshop.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within the UAE typically arrive within 2–4 business days. GCC deliveries take 4–7 business days. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on all orders within the UAE.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes — most pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unworn and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.
How do I know my ring size?
Each product page lists available sizes. If you're unsure, our customer service team can help you find the right fit before you order.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store pieces separately to avoid scratching, avoid contact with perfume and lotion, and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Do you offer custom or bespoke pieces?
